As you know here at Mrs Fray we're all about breaking the rules, doing something different and taking a big giant leap outside of the bridal norms.

As we drew the curtains closed on another pop up here in the nation's capital, we retreated just for a brief moment to take a little time out to nurture our creative side.

Not long after confirming pop up #2 our beautiful friend Anna Turner of Anna Turner Weddings reached out and said "hey ladies do you feel like creating some imagery together that is totally unexpected and anything but normal?" We said, absolutely!

So on Tuesday evening as the good Canberra light was getting real low we invited local beauty (and real bride-to-be) Estelle Briedis to join us for a few hours as we played dress ups in some of our favourite looks from Friends Of The Fray designers - Lola Varma Bridal, Prea James Bridal, L’eto Bridal, styled with accessories from Brie Leon and Ashley Lim and a touch of gathered florals from Laurel & Lace.

With Monster Kitchen and Bar and Ovolo Nishi Hotel at our disposal we explored those moments in between, light and dark, halos and harsh light to create what you see before you. We hope enjoy being wrapped up in something different, even if just for a brief moment.
